An update on Covid-19

Farm Shop

Our Farm Shop is operating revised opening hours. These are subject to change given the uncertainty surrounding the current pandemic.

Monday – Saturday 7:30am – 5pm

Sunday 10am – 4pm

Sandwich Counter – open until 3:30pm daily only.

We continue to work with local farms, producers and suppliers to keep the Farm Shop well stocked.

Customer Safety

We have introduced a number of measures to ensure customer safety:

• Our existing 5* EHO rating remains. We have put in additional stringent cleaning measures in response to Covid-19. These include regular spot checks and sanitising of touch points as well as a larger cleaning team at the end of each day.
• Provisions have been made to limit the number of customers in store at one time. This is continually monitored.
• Antibacterial spray and blue roll is provided for you to sanitise your trolley or basket.
• Staff members to wear face coverings.
• Hand sanitiser readily available on entering the Farm Shop and Restaurant.

Please help us too by:

• Not visiting if you are unwell or showing symptoms of Covid-19.
• Visiting alone or with one other person, rather than bringing out the whole family where possible. We do appreciate you may have childcare issues or other exceptional circumstances that mean this is not possible.
• Keeping a 2-metre distance between other customers and our staff members.
• Paying by contactless for smaller purchases, rather than chip and pin or cash.
• Wearing a face covering in all inside areas.
• Hand sanitiser available upon entry of the Farm Shop and Restaurant.
• NHS Track and trace in place.

Pre-Order and Collect

We are able to offer a small click and collect service from our Farm Shop. We are limited on the number of slots we can provide daily, so please consider shopping in store with us if you are able. This will allow those most vulnerable to benefit from this service.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery of groceries.

Restaurant and Coffee Shop

Our Restaurant is CLOSED. National lockdown means we have had to close our Restaurant doors. Fear not though, we have launched a takeaway Restaurant menu which is now available 7 days a week.

Cookery School

Our Cookery School is CLOSED.

Our Cookery School has postponed all cookery classes, team building days and kitchen hire bookings for the foreseeable future. We will reopen the school once we are informed that it is safe to do so.

Temporarily, any open vouchers for cookery courses cannot be redeemed. Once Cookery Classes resume, voucher expiry dates will be permitted an extension, based on the time frame of the closure. If you would prefer to have a refund for your gift voucher then please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate this.
