PRIVATE HIRE

Our relaxed farmhouse-style Restaurant makes the perfect location for private parties. From milestone birthdays to anniversaries, the venue is available for hire most evenings throughout the year.

We are renowned for our excellent farmhouse food, cooked from scratch using the finest ingredients. For example, you could serve your guests tasty hot pork baps, our famous three roast carvery, or a selection of freshly made platters from our Farm Shop. Party planners and their guests are spoiled for choice by our range of delicious menus. Click here to view our catering options. Our creative chefs will also work alongside you to create a bespoke menu if you have a particular idea in mind.

Our venue is available 7 days a week, from 5.30pm and is situated close to the M42 (J3) and Birmingham. We also offer free car parking.

We are delighted to accommodate reunions, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events.

Private Hire Pricing Structure

Venue hire is available for parties of 100 to 150 guests and is priced at £1000. We are happy to accommodate bookings of less than 100 guests, but venue hire is fixed and all catering options calculated at minimum of 100 guests.

Venue for Wakes

Should you require, we offer a sympathetic and appropriate venue in the event of a bereavement for the wake. In such cases, we can accommodate up to 35 guests and serve Afternoon Tea in an exclusive area to your party.

We understand that planning a wake can be a very emotional experience. To make things as simple as possible, we do not charge venue hire but instead expect that guests are catered for with our afternoon tea option at £15.00 per head. If you have different catering options in mind we would be happy to discuss a bespoke arrangement.

You will have a dedicated point of contact to help in organising the wake and friendly staff on hand on the day to ensure things run smoothly. We’ll do our best to take any element of worry out of this important gathering.
